Shopping & Checkout

  1. Purchasing
    1. Go to https://be-one.tw/shop and select the item as well as quantities you would like. Click “Add to Cart,” then click the cart button on the top right-hand side to Checkout.
  2. Payment
    1. SUI SENSE currently only accepts credit card payments processed via ECPay.
  3. Shipping
    1. We currently offer Free Shipping for orders above NTD $3000.
    2. Our shipping courier is President Transnet.
  4. Receipts
    1. Starting from January 1st, 2021, all SUI SENSE orders will have e-receipts issued via ECPay to your e-mail inbox.
  5. Cancellations
    1. If you would like to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, and for reasons in which SUI SENSE is not liable for, then the customer is responsible for handling any fees associated with reversing the transaction.

Returns

  1. According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a seven-day trial period from the date of delivery of the product (including national holidays). The trial period is for your reference, viewing, evaluation and comparison, and you can request a return or refund within seven days, and returns will not be accepted after the trial period.
    • Notes on Returns: The contents of your return must be in perfect condition, with all items, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents or data remaining intact (e.g., the carton, sticker). We recommend documenting with photos or videos upon receipt of goods for any damages, missing items, etc. in order to protect your rights for any returns and refunds.
    • Please send the returned goods and invoice to SUI SENSE within seven days of arrival (including holidays), and email suisense@gmail.com with your order number, supporting documentation and reason(s) for returning. Otherwise, SUI SENSE reserves the right to reject your request for a return or refund.
    • When returning or exchanging an item, please pack the item properly in the original cardboard box. If the original carton has been lost, please use an intact box for packaging, and do not paste paper or put writing directly onto the original packaging.
      SUI SENSE reserves the right to reduce the refund amount depending on the extent of the damage if the item you are returning or exchanging is incomplete or damaged.
    • As soon as you have completed all the return procedures, and we have received your returned merchandise in perfect condition, our customer service staff will process your refund immediately.
  1. We do not accept partial return orders.
  2. If the return is initiated for personal reasons, or any other reasons not liable by SUI SENSE, the customer is liable for return shipping fees.
